1. Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and store credits work with us.
2. Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated for specific products.

Product should be unused, in original condition with all packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase/invoice.

All parts originally shipped must be returned.
3. Initiating a Return

Contact our customer support by email or phone within the return period with your order number, the reason for return, and photographs (or video) if applicable.

Receive a Return Authorization (RA) with instructions and address for return.

Pack securely in original packaging. If item was delivered damaged, include photos or an unboxing video.

Ship the item using a trackable method and keep proof of shipping.
5. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm whether the return is approved or rejected.

Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, unless you choose store credit or an exchange. Refunds/credits may take 7–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges: Approved exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs may be refunded depending on the reason for return (e.g., product defect vs. change of mind).
6. Store Credit

If store credit is given instead of refund, it equals the product price paid (excluding shipping, unless policy covers shipping).

Store credit is valid for 1 year from issue.

Cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns

We cover return shipping when the item is defective, wrong or damaged.

For “change of mind” returns shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Use trackable shipping; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
8. After the Return Period / Final Sale

No returns/refunds accepted after the return window unless the product is defective.

Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” are excluded.
